僕が唯一作る料理？は、”タップナード”
気に入ったワインを飲みながら・・・
酔った頃に今回の夏道ツアーに来てくれたお客さんに感謝する。
あの暖かい声援があってこその高中だと思う。ありがとう。
”タップナード” レシピ
＜材料＞
アンチョビ 良くある缶詰（オイルごと）の1かけら
にんにく １〜２かけら
オリーヴオイル 適当量
生のバジルの葉 適当量
黒オリーヴ 缶1つ
＜作り方＞
全ての材料をフードプロセッサーに入れ、よく混ぜ合わせ出来上がり。
ちなみに僕の使っているオリーヴ缶はこれ
＜食べ方＞
フランスパンを15ミリ位の厚さに切り、トースターで焦げてパリパリになるくらい焼いてタップナードをのせて食べる。
ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン種の白ワインをキンキンに冷やして飲む。

遅ればせながらタップナードを正月に作ってみました。かなり美味です、親戚一同に振舞ったら美味！と言ってくれましたが、正直本物を食したことがないのでこの味で良いのか分りません。アルコールは嗜む程度なので熱いブラック珈琲で楽しみました。

早速近所のお店に「SO」のオリーブを買いに行きました！！
しかし･････なぜかSOのブラックのオリーブのみが売り切れ（泣）
近隣に高中ファンが溢れているのかと思ってしまった･･･
しかたないので別メーカーのブラックオリーブを購入
日曜日は彼女と一緒にワインを開けてタップナードを楽しみますよ～！
あ、ちなみに彼女の名前は「まい」です(笑)
彼女には今回のアルバムをきっかけに、初めて高中さんの曲を聞かせ、当然日比谷にも強制参加させました。
また１人高中ファンが増えましたよ～っ！
現在私は38歳ですが、思えば私は小学生の頃から高中先生の影響を受けまくって生きてきました(笑)
SG買ったりブルーキュラソー飲んだり･･･オールバックにしてみたり。
本当に人生の一部って感じです！
これからもお体に気をつけて活躍を続けて下さい！
いつか師匠と一緒にお刺身でもつまみながら、お酒を飲みたいな･･･

お酒の大好きな師匠、ちなみに肴もいろいろ凝っていそうな感じ。タップナードでまたぐいぐいワインを飲み干すのでしょうね。何と言っても音楽活動のエネルギーはお酒！ですね。でもここ数年スリムを維持しておられますが、徹底したカロリー計算か何かスポーツでも始めたのですか？まあコンサートをやれば体力も相当消耗しますけれど・・
それらのレシピはツルヤで購入できますか？
12日のライヴで通算14回目のスーパーライヴ。
初めて師匠の姿を見たのが中学1年の冬。
それが今や厄年になりました。
今、師匠に言ならば、青春をありがとう。
来年の野音には、中学1年生になる娘と一緒に行きます。
ちなみに娘の名前には、「まい」の一文字を頂きました。
いや～、最高のライブですっかり若返りました！アリナミンより効果大です。
夏道のアルバム、いいですね～！！BLUES BIRDSなんて、ヤバ過ぎ！！
ラストの「一番好きな海の色」をウクレレ弾いたのも、たまらなかったです。 最近SGからウクレレに変わったもんで・・・。

お酒にはやっぱり美味しいつまみですよね。
今までオリーブは苦手だったのですが、
イタリアに行ったときに食べたオリーブがとても美味しくて。それ以来、つまみの一つになりました。

私も週末は育てたバジルでバジルコソースを作っては、
高中さん同様にフランスパンにつけたり、パスタやサラダに絡めて食しています。
もちろん、BGMは高中正義！
最近は息子の弾くウッドチョッパーズがBGMです。
今度、食事に合う音楽でも作ってください。
